At Pigeon, we want you to love what you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
